It is conceived as a completely walkable space, where the routes, both interior and exterior, allow independent access to each of the floors. This offers a variety of views of the architectural ensemble and its surroundings, with the sea and the Sierra Cortina on the horizon.

The main entrance of the villa is situated in the lowest part of the plot, with ample parking for two vehicles. A sheet of water flanked by sun loungers gives way to the house on its lower floor, highlighting the thick walls covered in masonry.

The terrace merges with the living room through a large folding window, while wooden shutters on the masonry walls offer partial coverage.

The swimming pool, in aquamarine tones and covered with mosaic tiles, is located next to a non-slip porcelain stoneware floor with a wood-like finish. In addition, this space includes a customizable barbecue area, with direct access from a paved area that connects to the natural terrain.
